Keep students in school and increase ADA funding!

Staying on top of the student's academic performance and attendance is an important but very time-consuming process. Not any more! Instead, establish and set probation and revocation policy that QuickPermit can use to keep track of this for you.

When enabled, a student's permit qualification status is automatically verified each time a permit is issued. If the student is not currently qualified, users have the option to either cancel or to continue and issue a "Probationary" work permit.

Periodically (each grade period), QuickPermit can re-assess the qualification status for all permits issued during the school year and:

  • Place unqualified students on permit probation
  • Revoke permits of those that continue to fall short of minimum requirements
  • Reinstate permits where students have met the minimum requirements
  • Print notification letters* for both parents and employers advising them of the change in permit status.

*Standard letters (designed to fit into single or double-window envelopes) are included for probation, revocation, and reinstatement. These letters can be modified to reflect the school's specific policies and can be used with most letterhead.
